Liz's personal training sessions are completely individualized and unique to every client.  Each individual has different goals, history, abilities, and body's, therefore Liz works 1 on 1 with her clients to provide completely customized workout regimens. There are no cookie cutter, run of the mill workouts.  Plus Liz loves to switch it up, so you'll never do the same workout twice.


Liz offers 1 hour and more affordable 1/2 hour personal training sessions. Whether you are a former athlete or total beginner, Liz will work with you to give you the best workout plan designed specifically for you.  Liz is currently taking clients via online virtual sessions.
