Liz was a USTA Nationally ranked tennis player and captain of her Varsity Tennis and Champion Field Hockey team, leading her team to Western MA Division II Champions, and State Finalists. Liz decided she wanted to continue her passion for health and fitness and attended the National Personal Training Institute (NPTI) in 2010 where she became a Personal Trainer and Certified in Nutrition. She received her Kettle Bell Certification through Tactical Athlete and is CPR/AED certified. She is certified by OhBaby and has a specialty in pre and post natal fitness training. She is also trained in TRX suspension training, Crossfit, and yoga. She has over 10 years experience working one on one with clients in the fitness industry.
Liz specializes in circuit training programs designed to give her clients the most optimal workout in the time alotted. Increase endurance, flexibility, improve cardiovascular health, strengthen and tone all while improving overall health and well being. Liz is also a yoga enthusiast and integrates yoga into her personalized fitness routines. She believes achieving a balanced body and mind is the best invested you can make for yourself.
